He finished T10. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-c2ea1d7d-b4a5-41fe-b1f9-798fc6ee8cde\">He also has a great history at Pebble Beach. Hovland won the U.S. Amateur here in 2018, finished T12 at the U.S. Open in 2019 and was T22 last year (while losing strokes around the green). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If his short game is dialled in, which it sure seems to be, I see a clear path to PGA Tour win No. 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat:<\/strong> Hovland has seven straight top 25 finishes (six top 20s) dating back to the 2025 BMW Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-320ea7df-1987-4b52-9ad6-3f131d4c5ece\">Pebble Beach picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sahith Theegala<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">winner w\/o Scheffler<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(+3,300)<\/strong> <strong>&amp; top 20 finish (+188): <\/strong>At his best, Theegala is an elite ball striker with a strong short game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We didn&#8217;t see much of that last year, when he had just one top 20 in a stroke play event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But from 2023-2024, Theegala was elite, logging ten top-five finishes and a win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s looking like he&#8217;s back on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The American has three straight top-20 finishes and has picked up nearly a stroke per round on approach in his last two events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjcxOTI4JnA9MzEwODU%3D\">Go to Pebble Beach Pro-Am betting markets<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-d9689b98-324c-494b-a1ab-0ddeed50aa6b\"><strong><b>Sepp Straka winner w\/o Scheffler (+6,000) &amp; top 20 finish (+<\/b>200): <\/strong>Finally, I&#8217;m going well down the board with Straka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Austrian is coming off a career season, winning two PGA Tour events, with 14 top 20s and just three missed cuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He ranked seventh in SG: APP and finished T7 at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Straka&#8217;s short game isn&#8217;t fantastic, but he is one of the world&#8217;s best with a short iron or wedge in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this field, he ranks second in average strokes gained for shots between 100-150 yards.
