His Spurs are 10.5-point underdogs against the one-loss (and reigning champion) Thunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-8f1effd0-db18-40a8-916e-091372420d9e\">Check out these Spurs vs. Thunder prop picks for the game on Dec. 13, featuring prop bets on Wembanyama and Ajay Mitchell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong>-&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjY1NzMyJnA9MzExMjU%3D\">Join NorthStar Bets and start betting on the NBA today<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-0a4ee124-09d4-4260-81c9-fd6fe232dbb3\">Spurs vs. Thunder prop picks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Best bet:<\/strong> <strong><strong>Mitchell over 2.5 assists <\/strong>(+100)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jalen Williams returned recently for the Thunder, which bumped Mitchell down to third on OKC&#8217;s pecking order for passers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But he&#8217;s still active enough for me to want this over at an enticing price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In his past five games \u2014 all with Williams back on the court \u2014 Mitchell has averaged 3.6 assists on 7.2 potential APG. Potential assists are passes that lead directly to a shot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the season, Mitchell is 17-8 vs. this prop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If Mitchell sticks around 7.0 potential assists on a game-to-game basis, he&#8217;s going to be in an excellent spot to cash this assists prop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong>-> <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjY1NzMyJnA9MzExMjU%3D\">Full Spurs vs. Thunder props at NorthStar Bets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I can see that happening, given that J-Dub&#8217;s return means the Thunder are close to a full-strength team again (minus 3-point specialist Isaiah Joe). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitchell should take on more of a pass-first role, leaving most of the scoring to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren and Williams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without J-Dub, Mitchell averaged 12.5 field goal attempts in 19 games this year. With J-Dub, that average is down to 5.8 attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat<\/strong>: The Spurs allow the ninth-most assists per game to their opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"product_only\"><a href=\"cacheembed:122152\">Embed: #122152<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong>-&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjY1NzMyJnA9MzExMjU%3D\">Wager on Saturday&#8217;s NBA Cup doubleheader<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prop bet for Wemby&#8217;s return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wembanyama over 18.5 points (-112):<\/strong> Will Wembanyama be on a minutes restriction tonight? After missing a month with one of the NBA&#8217;s scariest injuries, I&#8217;m sure that&#8217;s a possibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But I also wouldn&#8217;t expect the Spurs to rush their franchise player back early. So even if he doesn&#8217;t handle his typical workload (34.7 minutes), Wemby should be good to play more than half the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong>-> <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjY1NzMyJnA9MzExMjU%3D\">Bet on Wembanyama in his return to the court<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under that assumption, I&#8217;m a big fan of this play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wembanyama is averaging 26.2 PPG this season and is 10-2 vs. this prop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After shooting fewer 3s at the start of the year, he ratcheted up his perimeter shooting shortly before getting injured.
