The Miami Dolphins look to win their third straight game when they battle the downtrodden New Orleans Saints on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Week 13 narrative:<\/strong> The Dolphins are doing their best to keep up in the AFC East. They have a good shot to get a step closer to .500 against the 2-9 Saints. Elsewhere, we have two picks from the Houston Texans vs. the Indianapolis Colts game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NFL Week 13 best bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These NFL Week 13 best bets were provided by NorthStar Bets writers Jordan Horrobin and Spencer Closs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dolphins -6 (-110):<\/strong> I’m still annoyed that Tyler Shough’s Saints won a 17-7 rock fight in Carolina three weeks ago. They had no business doing that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I won’t let it deter me from fading New Orleans (3-8-0 ATS) on the road again, this time against a rested Dolphins team (6-5-0 ATS) that is capable of scoring points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Week 2 onward, Miami has averaged 21.8 points, scoring 30+ points in two of its past four games. New Orleans has only surpassed the 21-point threshold once<\/em> all season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Saints just lost by two TDs in Atlanta last week, while the Dolphins were resting at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind that that’s the same Falcons team that Miami beat by 24 points in Atlanta last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Texans vs. Colts ATS prediction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Colts -4.5 (-114):<\/strong> Having home-field advantage last week helped the Texans knock off the Bills as underdogs. But now it’s Houston’s turn to hit the road, and that’s a different story entirely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Texans are 1-4 ATS on the road this season, failing to cover this spread in all three of their games as road dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Colts, meanwhile, are 4-1 ATS (5-0 SU) at home this season. And they have the second-best point differential in the NFL (+112).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week, as underdogs in Kansas City, the Colts couldn’t hold onto a two-score lead in the fourth quarter. But returning home to Lucas Oil Stadium should help them stay composed and handle business in a critical AFC South showdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neither C.J. Stroud nor Davis Mills scares me in a matchup against an Indy team that ranks in the top 10 in scoring on both sides of the ball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cardinals vs. Buccaneers pick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Buccaneers -3 (-104):<\/strong> This should be a nice spot for Tampa Bay to bounce back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bucs have lost three straight, but those losses should be taken with a grain of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
