Springer has hit him hard, too, going 6-for-16 with a home run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"product_only\"><em>-Perri<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Freddie Freeman (+500)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Max Scherzer is putting the finishing touches on a Hall-of-Fame career, and he&#8217;s had some awesome moments in this final chapter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the ball will be a flight risk for however long he&#8217;s on the mound in Game 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scherzer coughed up two home runs in his first start over the Fall Classic. Dating back to Aug. 25, he has allowed 11 HRs in his past eight starts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>His 2.08 HR\/9 this season is nearly double what his career average was entering the year (1.05 HR\/9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"acq_only\"><strong>-&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNjcwOTA0JnA9MzA5MjU%3D\">See all Game 7 player props at NorthStar Bets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freeman didn&#8217;t homer off Scherzer back in Game 3, but he does have three HRs and a .429 SLG in this head-to-head matchup (66 plate appearances). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those aren&#8217;t the best power numbers imaginable, but at least the level of familiarity is high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freeman, last year&#8217;s World Series MVP, hasn&#8217;t been as productive this time around. But he&#8217;s been better than his numbers suggest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Baseball Savant, Freeman has a .262 xBA against the Blue Jays \u2014 compared to a .217 BA (5-for-23).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first baseman had the walk-off homer to wrap up Game 3 in the 18th inning, and he&#8217;s been close to clearing the wall a handful of other times.
