I’ve got three NBA prop bets in mind from tonight’s four-game slate, including a fade of Bam Adebayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest<\/strong>: Adebayo’s Miami Heat face Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs, which should make for a tough night on the glass. I do have a plus-money rebounding prediction on an over elsewhere, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NBA prop bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Best bet:<\/strong> George over 7.5 rebounds <\/strong>(+110)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wizards are among the youngest teams in the NBA this year, and George is at the forefront of the youth movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s still quite early, but the 21-year-old appears capable of making a significant leap in his second season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

George leads the Wizards in minutes (33.0\/game), assists (5.0\/game) and rebounds (9.3\/game). He’s also 14-for-26 (53.8%) from 3-point range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though he’s listed as a shooting guard, George has plenty of size at 6-foot-7. He plays an aggressive brand of basketball, evidenced by his 20 personal fouls through four games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the glass, he’s averaging 12.8 rebound chances per game, according to NBA.com’s tracking data. That’s a healthy number relative to what this prop is asking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite George’s promising start as a scorer and passer, I’m hesitant to back him in other prop markets based on how stout the Oklahoma City Thunder are on defence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This seems like a good fit, though, given that OKC allows the seventh-most rebounds per game and will be missing 7-footer Chet Holmgren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key stat<\/strong>: George is 4-0 vs. this prop, grabbing 9+ rebounds in three of four games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best NBA picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wagner over 1.5 threes <\/strong>(-108)<\/strong>: The Orlando Magic have dropped four games in a row, so the vibes aren’t exactly great right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orlando needs a lift on offence, and I expect that to happen Thursday night against a subpar Charlotte Hornets squad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charlotte has allowed the fifth-most points per game (124.8), which is due in part to its 39.2% opponent 3-point percentage (fourth-highest in the NBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who better to take advantage than Wagner, who’s 8-for-19 from deep so far?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wagner is 3-2 vs. this prop on fairly pedestrian shooting volume. Over the previous two seasons, he averaged 5.2 attempted 3s per game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m hoping for that kind of volume in a matchup that should entice the Magic to prioritize outside shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adebayo under 9.5 rebounds <\/strong><\/strong>(-130)<\/strong>: Victor Wembanyama is staying home in the paint a lot more this year, and that’s terrible news for opposing centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
