Later on, fade Alyssa Thomas against an elite Minnesota Lynx defence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-8f1effd0-db18-40a8-916e-091372420d9e\">Check out the best WNBA prop bets for Sept. 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-0a4ee124-09d4-4260-81c9-fd6fe232dbb3\">WNBA prop bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Best bet:<\/strong> <strong><strong>Thomas under 18.5 rebounds and assists <\/strong>(-136)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\">The Lynx finished with the best record in the WNBA (34-10) largely because of their defence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minnesota has allowed the second-fewest points per game (76.7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-Defensive Player of the Year Alanna Smith<strong> <\/strong>averaged 3.3 steals\/blocks per game and will be matched up with Thomas frequently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas is an MVP finalist in her own right and smashed this line in Game 2 with eight rebounds and 13 assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But that was an outlier in a season full of below-average performances against the Lynx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Including the playoffs, Thomas is 1-4 against this wager vs. Minnesota this season, averaging 16.6 rebounds\/assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This line is achievable but still requires an above-average performance, which is hard to come by against the Lynx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Key stat<\/strong>: Thomas went under this total in 21 of 39 regular season games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/basketball\/wnba\">Full WNBA betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Best WNBA pick<\/strong>s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boston over 9.5 rebounds (+104):<\/strong> Boston is one of the WNBA&#8217;s premium rebounders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She averaged 8.2 rebounds during the regular season and finished with 17 double-doubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A big part of this wager is her opponent, too. Four-time MVP A&#8217;ja Wilson (recently crowned) was easily the best rebounder in the league, posting 10.2 RPG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why is that important? Well, if the Fever want to have any chance of slowing down Wilson on the glass, they&#8217;ll need Boston matched up with her early and often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means putting the sophomore centre in a lot of good positions to grab rebounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, that&#8217;s exactly how things have played out.
