In the men&#8217;s draw, Daniil Medvedev takes on Alexei Popyrin while top-seed Alexander Zverev battles Matteo Arnaldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check out my top National Bank Open parlay predictions for July 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">National Bank Open predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parlay: Mboko to win | Medvedev\/Popyrin over 22.5 games | Zverev to win (+296)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mboko to win (-154):<\/strong> Mboko put the tennis world on notice earlier this year, winning 22 straight matches without dropping a set to win four ITF titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it doesn&#8217;t look like a step up in competition is fazing her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mboko won her opening match at both Wimbledon and the French Open, reaching the third round at Roland Garros as a wild-card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She&#8217;s picked up a pair of straight-set victories at the NBO, most recently smashing No. 23 seed Sofia Kenin. In that match, Mboko hit 12 aces and had a 78% win rate on her first serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her opponent, Bouzkova, is also on a tear. The Czechian is on a seven-match winning streak, and just won the Prague Open in her home country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But she only had to beat one top-65-ranked opponent in that event, and she&#8217;ll be playing her eighth match in 10 days \u2014 and third in four days after travelling across the Atlantic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I expect fatigue to set in for Bouzkova sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mboko is 14-2 on hard courts this year, including 3-1 since returning to North America following Wimbledon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/sports\/tennis\/matches\/today\">Full National Bank Open betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tennis parlay picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Medvedev\/Popyrin over 22.5 games<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> (-112):<\/strong> Nothing is coming easy for Medvedev this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former ATP No. 1 has just one final appearance (a loss to Alexander Bublik at the Halle Open) and was bounced from the French Open and Wimbledon in the opening round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His most recent loss came at the Citi DC Open, where he shockingly lost 1-6, 6-4, 6-4 against then-No. 59 Corentin Moutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medvedev still has a 27-15 record this year, and Popyrin, at 13-17, is having a down year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still, I expect this match to be tightly contested. Two of the last three meetings between these two have gone three sets, with an average of 28.0 games played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Zverev to win<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> (-500):<\/strong> I&#8217;m going with a hopeful layup for the final leg of this wager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Top-seeded Zverev has a 36-14 record this season and should make light work of ATP No. 41-ranked Arnaldi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Italian has seen some success, but it&#8217;s mainly been on clay.
