{"id":350347,"date":"2025-06-01T13:09:28","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T17:09:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.northstargaming.ca\/admin\/nsgcms\/?p=350347"},"modified":"2025-06-01T13:09:28","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T17:09:28","slug":"yankees-vs-dodgers-prop-bets-sunday-night-baseball-june-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.northstargaming.ca\/admin\/nsgcms\/yankees-vs-dodgers-prop-bets-sunday-night-baseball-june-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Yankees vs. Dodgers Sunday Night Baseball prop bets: Bet on Aaron Judge to produce offence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers continue a potential World Series preview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The pregame narrative:<\/strong> It hasn&#8217;t looked competitive so far, however, as the Dodgers outscored the Yankees 26-7 in the first two games of this series, capped off by an 18-2 victory on Saturday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out my Yankees vs. Dodgers prop bets, featuring Aaron Judge and Teoscar Hernandez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yankees vs. Dodgers prop bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/sports\/baseball\/competitions\/10065\"><strong>Full MLB betting markets<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/news\/article\/mlb-injury-report\"><strong>MLB injury report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/mlb\/top-players\/hitting\/OPS-on-base_plus_slugging\"><strong>MLB player stats<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/mlb\/standings\/division\"><strong>MLB standings<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Bet: Judge over 1.5 total bases (-118)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this price, this is one of those must-play type of picks regardless of the pitching matchup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s because Judge is having a historical season to add to his lengthy list of already impressive campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are his stats to this point:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>.393 batting average<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.268 OPS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>168 total bases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He unsurprisingly leads MLB in those offensive categories, and it&#8217;s not close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For context, he has 18 more total bases than Shohei Ohtani and an OPS almost .200 points higher than Freddie Freeman (1.078).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both of those superstars are having all-time seasons in their own right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dodgers send Yoshinobu Yamamoto to the mound, and his 1.97 ERA is among the best in baseball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yamamoto also has held Judge to one hit in five at-bats with two Ks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Japanese starter is on a bit of a downward trend right now, though, so I feel comfortable backing Judge in this spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Stat:<\/strong> Yamamoto has a 3.75 ERA over his last four starts (10 runs allowed in 24 innings pitched).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best MLB picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hernandez 1+ RBI (+145):<\/strong> There are 12 players in the majors right now with 42 RBI or more. Only one has played less than 54 games, and it&#8217;s Hernandez (44 GP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He hasn&#8217;t cashed in a run in four straight games, but this is a great matchup to get back on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hernandez has 13 hits in 38 at-bats (.361) against Ryan Yarbrough, with a whopping seven of those going for home runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The power-hitting outfielder hits around some of the most menacing bats in baseball, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of those being Ohtani, who hits leadoff and has four hits in 10 at-bats vs. Yarbrough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hernandez hit second in the first two games of this series, right behind Ohtani, which could prove to be a one-two punch in the Dodgers&#8217; pursuit of a series sweep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yankees vs. Dodgers prop bets made at 1:06 p.m. ET on 06\/01\/2025<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers continue a potential World Series preview.
