The Clippers are hoping for a return to form for their star players, especially the struggling James Harden, to avoid another early playoff exit in the Kawhi Leonard era. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m staying away from picking a side on Thursday, and am instead backing three players \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nba\/players\/kawhi_leonard\">Kawhi Leonard<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nba\/players\/norman_powell\">Norman Powell<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nba\/players\/christian_braun\">Christian Braun<\/a> \u2014 to produce. Check out my Nuggets vs. Clippers playoff SGP predictions for Game 6 on Wednesday, May 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuggets vs. Clippers predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parlay: Leonard 20+ points | Powell 2+ threes | Braun over 7.5 rebounds and assists (+290)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Leonard 20+ points <\/strong><\/strong>(-275):<\/strong> Nikola Jokic is the best player on the court, but Leonard is reminding everyone that he&#8217;s not far off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Klaw is averaging 25.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 5.2 assists this series on 55.7% shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He&#8217;s scored 20-plus points in each game and has reached this milestone in 20 straight games dating back to the regular season. In that span, Leonard is averaging a healthy 26.2 PPG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denver allowed the seventh-most PPG to small forwards this season, according to Fantasy Pros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I expect Leonard to be a force with L.A.&#8217;s season on the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:113011\">Embed: #113011<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/basketball\/nba?utm_source=insights&amp;utm_medium=text_link&amp;utm_term=&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=sportsbook_nba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Full NBA betting markets<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/article\/nba-injury-report?utm_source=insights&amp;utm_medium=text_link&amp;utm_term=&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=injury_reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>NBA injury report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nba\/top-players?utm_source=insights&amp;utm_medium=text_link&amp;utm_term=&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=stats_pages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>NBA stats &amp; standings<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NBA SGP legs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong>Powell 2+ threes <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>(-250):<\/strong> Powell fell short of this line in Game 5, going 1-for-5 from deep in 32 minutes of play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But he had cleared it in every game prior and shot a combined 7-for-16 from deep in Los Angeles&#8217; two home games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the whole, Powell has had a fantastic year. The former Toronto Raptor posted career-highs in 3-pointers made (3.0) and attempted (7.1) per game. That 41.8% clip was the 17th-best in the NBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denver allowed the third-most 3-pointers per game to shooting guards this season (3.66).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This seems like a great spot for him to get back in the saddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Braun over 7.5 rebounds and assists<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> (-109):<\/strong> Braun isn&#8217;t the flashiest player, but he gets big minutes for the Nuggets and was instrumental in their past two wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Game 4:<\/strong> 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Game 5:<\/strong> 11 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Playing 38.4 minutes a night, I love his chances of stuffing the stat sheet again.
