Xander Schauffele is rounding into form and is my best bet to win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-6c37cb08-cf64-44cf-857a-d9409b9361a5\">Check out my RBC Heritage predictions for the PGA Tour tournament beginning on April 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-c42e5bcd-3d78-44a9-a94a-015d114981be\">RBC Heritage predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"cacheembed:112590\">Embed: #112590<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Go to full <\/b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/event\/1023027312\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/golf?utm_source=insights&amp;utm_medium=text_link&amp;utm_term=&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=sportsbook_golf?utm_source=insights&amp;utm_medium=text_link&amp;utm_term=&amp;utm_content=&amp;utm_campaign=sportsbook_golf\">RBC Heritage betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Best bet: Schauffele to win (+1,400)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think it&#8217;s fair to say Schauffele has shaken the rust off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coming off a two-major season in 2024, the World No. 3 was forced to miss nearly all of January and February with a rib injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He finished T40 (Arnold Palmer Invitational) and 72nd (Players Championship) in his first two starts back before logging a T12 (Valspar Championship) and T8 (Masters) in his last two. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schauffele has been hitting the cover off the ball with his irons, ranking third in strokes gained: approach over the last three months (+1.22), according to DataGolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The problem with his game was erratic driving and inconsistent putting, but it looks like at least one of those is solved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 31-year-old put his old driver in the bag for the Masters and was fifth in strokes gained: off-the-tee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I trust Schauffele to return to elite putting form, especially at a venue he&#8217;s had success at before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key stat:<\/strong> Schauffele finished fourth and T18 in his last two starts at Harbour Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-c1e817ca-a7f4-4be8-8332-7ac0c6f20f4b\">Quick picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Berger to win (+3,300) &amp; top-20 finish (+125):<\/strong> I pick Berger to win nearly every week, so one of these times it&#8217;s bound to pay off &#8230; right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 32-year-old has been remarkably consistent this season, gaining strokes throughout the bag during his seven-event made cut streak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In that run, he&#8217;s never finished outside of the top 30 with four top 20s and a runner-up at the WM Phoenix Open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harbour Town should be the perfect venue for Berger, and he&#8217;s already performed here before (T21, T13 and T3 in his last three starts). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clark to win (+5,000) &amp; top-20 finish (+150):<\/strong> You might call this a dart throw, but I think Clark is due to torch a PGA Tour setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two-time signature event winner and 2023 U.S. Open champion is coming off a disappointing T46 at the Masters. He finished T5 in his start before, though, and is gaining plenty of strokes off-the-tee and around-the-green. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clark logged a T3 in this event last year, one of his seven top 10s at signature events in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Golf picks made at 1:56 p.m. on 04\/16\/2025.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Golf fans nursing a Masters hangover get some hair of the dog with the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links.
