He&#8217;s held his spot in the rotation due to his elite defence and athleticism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that comes the ability to rack up rebounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the last 39 games, Thompson has averaged 9.3 rebounds and cleared this line 28 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those are some big-man numbers for the 6-foot-7 forward. As a starter, he&#8217;s playing 36.3 minutes per game. That gives him ample opportunity to grab boards on a nightly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a Feb. 13 matchup against the Warriors, Thompson grabbed nine rebounds in 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NBA SGP legs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Sengun under 19.5 points <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>(-117):<\/strong> Sengun is coming off a 31-point outburst against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but that type of performance hasn&#8217;t been commonplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Including that game, he&#8217;s still gone under this mark in six of the past eight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sengun&#8217;s season-long scoring average is just below this number (19.2 PPG), plus this is a tough assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Warriors have the seventh-best defensive rating (112.9) and are allowing 109.9 points per game since March 1 (sixth in the NBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his last game against Golden State, Sengun scored just 10 points. The Rockets were held to 98 as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Curry 20+ points <\/strong><\/strong>(-295)<\/strong>: This is by far my most confident pick, and the odds back it up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it brings the price from +205 to +340, so why not tack it on?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It always feels safe backing Curry to score, and he&#8217;s playing at an elevated level down the stretch. Take a look at his monstrous last three games:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>36 points vs. Nuggets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>37 points vs. Lakers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>52 points vs. Grizzlies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn&#8217;t some sort of stat padding against bad teams. All of those squads are well above .500 and sit comfortably inside the postseason picture in the loaded West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Houston is great on the defensive end, but that didn&#8217;t stop Curry in his most recent outing against the Rockets with his new-look Warriors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In their February meeting, the superstar guard had 27 points on a below-average shooting performance (7-for-17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curry has scored 20-plus points in 22 of his past 26 games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rockets vs. Warriors predictions made at 9:25 a.m. ET 04\/06\/2025.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two red-hot Western Conference teams meet on Sunday.
