In addition to backing the Wildcats ATS, I&#8217;m taking prop bets on Amari Williams (Kentucky) and Zakai Zeigler (Tennessee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check out my Kentucky vs. Tennessee SGP predictions for their Sweet 16 matchup on March 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kentucky vs. Tennessee predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/basketball\/ncaab\"><strong>Full March Madness Markets<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/march\"><strong>PLAY NOW: Un-Bustable Bracket Challenge<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parlay: Kentucky +8.5 | Williams 8+ rebounds | Zeigler 15+ points (+380)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"cacheembed:111856\">Embed: #111856<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kentucky +8.5 (-210):<\/strong> I think the Wildcats are live to win this game and wouldn&#8217;t mind backing them on the moneyline at +163. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kentucky is 5-1 in its last six games vs. the Volunteers.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tennessee has failed to cover an -8.5 spread in six of its last eight Quad 1 games.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Wildcats are 8-4 ATS as an underdog this season (including two outright wins against Tennessee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tennessee&#8217;s offence is solid but relies heavily on the 3-point shot. The Vols take 43.3% of their shots from 3-point range (79th in D-I), and the Wildcats have held opponents to a 30.6% shooting from deep (24th in D-I).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rick Barnes and Tennessee have only made one Elite Eight since the 2010-11 season. Granted, it was last year, but I can&#8217;t trust that body of work.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NCAA SGP legs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong>Williams 8+ rebounds<\/strong><\/strong> (-139):<\/strong> Williams is poised to make his mark on Friday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 7-foot, 260-pound centre has nearly 30 pounds on anyone in Tennessee&#8217;s lineup and recorded 13 and 10 boards in his first two tournament games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his first meeting against the Vols this year, Williams hauled in 15 rebounds in 24 minutes. That was part of a seven-game stretch where he had 10-plus rebounds six times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He only had three rebounds when they battled in Lexington, but was still a force: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Amari Williams was Kentucky&#39;s +\/- MVP in two games against Tennessee.  <br><br>UK vs. Tennessee in Knoxville: +20 in 24 minutes on floor | -15 in 16 minutes off floor<br><br>UK vs. Tennessee in Lexington: +16 in 21 minutes on floor | -5 in 19 minutes off floor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Wv4N2uuIA5\">pic.twitter.com\/Wv4N2uuIA5<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Adam Luckett (@AdamLuckettKSR) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AdamLuckettKSR\/status\/1904509243652215039?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 25, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mark Pope should lean heavily on the senior transfer tonight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Zeigler<\/strong> 15+ points<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> (-167):<\/strong> This could be Zeigler&#8217;s last game with Tennessee, and I expect him to have a night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fourth-year senior has been a remarkably consistent scorer, which gives us a solid baseline to work with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10+ PPG in three straight seasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10+ points in 29 of 35 games this year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15+ points in 17 of 35 games this year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-1 against this line in his last five<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zeigler scored 13 points in his first meeting with Kentucky this season while shooting 1-for-11 from deep.
