I also have a plus-money play on Silas Demary Jr. (Georgia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-8f1effd0-db18-40a8-916e-091372420d9e\">Check out the best March Madness prop bets for March 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-0a4ee124-09d4-4260-81c9-fd6fe232dbb3\">March Madness prop bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/sports\/basketball\/competitions\/10530\">Full March Madness Markets<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/news\/article\/un-bustable-bracket-challenge\">PLAY NOW: Un-Bustable Bracket Challenge<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Best bet: Townsend over 12.5 points (-138)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No. 4 Texas A&amp;M is scrappy, but that scrappiness leads to plenty of fouls. With that in mind, I think Townsend should be a force for No. 13 Yale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Townsend is a 6-foot-7, 250-pound forward who shoots well from the free-throw line (76.3%). He&#8217;s also a stat-stuffer in the paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the season, Townsend is averaging 15.4 points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He has 13+ points in 19 of 29 games.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Texas A&amp;M is an elite rebounding team, but none of its rotation players are taller than 6-foot-9. So it&#8217;s not like Townsend should be swarmed by much taller bigs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Look for Townsend to be a focal point for Yale&#8217;s offence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Key stat<\/strong>: After a bit of a slow start, Townsend has gone over 12.5 points in 18 of his past 24 games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick March Madness pick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Demary over 2.5 threes (+145):<\/strong> For a guy who&#8217;s only canning 1.8 threes per game, this might seem like a bit of a reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Demary&#8217;s 3-point shot volume is way up right now, and I think that could continue for No. 9 Georgia&#8217;s matchup against the No. 8 Gonzaga Bulldogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s what Demary has accomplished from the 3-point line in his past 10 games:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6+ attempts in 9 games<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ makes in 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>38.2 3PT% on 7.6 attempts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Demary cashed this prop in five of those 10 matchups, but he was a threat to do it every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gonzaga allows 24.4 attempted 3s per game, which ranks 79th in D-I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-84329f2b-7888-4034-9979-03e8608897e5\"><em>March Madness prop bets made at 10:20 a.m. ET on 03\/20\/2025.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March Madness is an opportunity for anonymous heroes to emerge, and I&#8217;m targeting two players to show up big in Thursday&#8217;s first round.
