It would be a legitimate shock if Washington pulled out a win in the Mile High City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NBA SGP legs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Middleton over 16.5 points and assists (-115):<\/strong> I&#8217;ll be playing this as a standalone wager and encourage you to do so as well in addition to this SGP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middleton doesn&#8217;t play big minutes, but has been productive this month:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>13.8 PPG<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.2 APG<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-2 vs. this line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The former Milwaukee Buck is coming off a 16-point, eight-assist effort against the Detroit Pistons on Thursday and gets a perfect matchup to stay hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denver is allowing the fifth-most points (22.85) and third-most assists (4.51) to small forwards this year, according to Fantasy Pros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middleton has cleared this mark in eight of his last 10 games against the Nuggets \u2014 all with the Bucks \u2014 landing on 16 points\/assists in one of the outliers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>George 2+ threes (-165):<\/strong> You might not know who George is, and I wouldn&#8217;t blame you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024 No. 24 overall pick is averaging just 8.5 points per game on the worst team in the NBA. That&#8217;s not going to get you much screen time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But George is in great form from beyond the arc over his last 10 games:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2.2 threes per game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>36.1% shooting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2+ threes in 8 of 10 games<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Denver is allowing opponents to cash in at a 36.4% rate from deep, which is the 10th-highest mark in basketball. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Wizards vs. Nuggets predictions made at 2:33 p.m. ET on 03\/15\/2025.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Washington Wizards and Denver Nuggets close out Saturday&#8217;s eight-game NBA slate.
