I&#8217;ll back the rookie <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNTcxMDU0JnA9MjMxODU%3D\">to score a point<\/a> while taking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nhl\/players\/drew_doughty\">Drew Doughty<\/a> to do the same in the late-night game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out my NHL <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNTcxMDU0JnA9MjMxODU%3D\">prop picks<\/a> for Feb. 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NHL prop picks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/ice_hockey\">NHL betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/article\/nhl-injury-report\"><strong>NHL injury report<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nhl\"><strong>NHL player stats<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/news\/stats\/nhl\"><strong>NHL standings<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:110107\">Embed: #110107<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNTcxMDU0JnA9MjMxODU%3D\">Best Bet<\/a>: Celebrini to score 1+ points (-127)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the departure of Mikael Granlund, Celebrini is far and away the best player on this offence and the coaching staff is treating him as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s take a look at his stats over the past six games:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>three goals, three assists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3.4 shots per game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20:53 average time on ice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He played 20-plus minutes in five of those games and logged at least 22 shifts in each contest, per Hockey Reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is arguably the worst matchup in the NHL for an opposing forward as the Winnipeg Jets allow the fewest goals (2.4) per game. But Celebrini has been <a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNTcxMDU0JnA9MjMxODU%3D\">successful in this spot<\/a> before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat:<\/strong> In the Sharks&#8217; first meeting with the Jets, Celebrini had a goal and an assist in just over 18 minutes on ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/online.northstarbets.ca\/page?key=ej0xMzUyNDU3MiZsPTEzNTcxMDU0JnA9MjMxODU%3D\">Doughty to score 1+ points (+108)<\/a>:<\/strong> On Saturday, I backed Doughty to score a point at similar odds and he had his best game of the season so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The veteran defenceman took the momentum gained from being a part of Team Canada and turned out a three-point performance against the Utah Hockey Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday&#8217;s matchup is more difficult because the Vegas Golden Knights allow the sixth-fewest goals against (2.7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the Los Angeles Kings are the NHL&#8217;s best home team (18-3-2) and their offence is elite at Crypto.com Arena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They score 3.3 goals per game at home compared to 2.5 per game on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If L.A. can tally a few goals, I&#8217;d be surprised if Doughty wasn&#8217;t heavily involved.
