I also have props on Spencer Dinwiddie and Alexandre Sarr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-8f1effd0-db18-40a8-916e-091372420d9e\">Check out the best NBA prop bets for Jan. 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-0a4ee124-09d4-4260-81c9-fd6fe232dbb3\">NBA prop bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go to full <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.com\/sportsbook\/sports\/basketball\/competitions\/10240\">NBA betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-479767b6-5872-497b-ac44-239c07c7e3d5\"><strong>Best bet: Dinwiddie over 15.5 points (-125)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With injuries riddling the Dallas Mavericks&#8217; roster, Dinwiddie has earned a more important role in the offence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luka Doncic is set to miss at least a month with an injury. Dallas coach Jason Kidd recently decided to give more minutes to Dinwiddie, and the results are encouraging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are Dinwiddie&#8217;s stats as a starter this season:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20.3 points per game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-1 against this line<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He played 35-plus minutes in three of those games and most notably scored 30 points against the Sacramento Kings on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyrie Irving was out on Monday. But keep in mind that Dinwiddie scored 17 points on Dec. 28 in a game where Irving had 46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a secondary scoring option, Dinwiddie has proven he can still clear this modest line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat<\/strong>: The Rockets allow the 11th-most points per game (24.9) to point guards, per Fantasy Pros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adebayo over 27.5 points\/rebounds (-125): <\/strong>Adebayo has been inconsistent this season but he can still dominate the right matchup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pelicans allow the second-most points\/rebounds to opposing centres per game (41.2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are currently relying on rookie centre Yves Missi to play 30-plus minutes every night. Missi has played well, but talented big men have been able to take advantage of his youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adebayo is averaging 27 PR per game this season, so a slightly above-average performance would do the trick here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sarr over 12.5 points (-120)<\/strong>: This is a play for all the basketball heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second-overall pick is heating up for the Washington Wizards and I want in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sarr has cleared this line in eight of the past 13 games.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He scored less than 10 points just once in that span.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarr&#8217;s floor as a scorer is improving as he becomes more confident at the NBA level. Also, the Chicago Bulls struggle to contain opposing centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chicago allows the fourth-most points per game (24.6) to the position, per Fantasy Pros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Picks made at 1:14 p.m. ET on 01\/01\/2025.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve got three NBA prop bets to kick off 2025.
