I&#8217;m backing the Memphis Grizzlies to beat the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons to cover against the Washington Wizards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the full NBA parlay picks for Nov. 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NBA parlay picks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go to full <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/basketball\/nba\">NBA betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parlay: Nets +12.5 + Grizzlies moneyline + Pistons -2.5 (+347)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:100591\">Embed: #100591<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nets +12.5 (-175):<\/strong> Good teams win. Great teams cover. By definition, the Nets are a great team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooklyn&#8217;s 5-8 straight-up record isn&#8217;t turning heads. But its 10-3 ATS mark is the best in the NBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nets have been on a covering spree recently. They&#8217;ve covered the number in five of their last six games, including four times as an underdog during this stretch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooklyn has been very good at covering as an underdog all year long. It&#8217;s 8-2 in that scenario this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New York, meanwhile, is a mediocre 6-6 to open the campaign and just 5-7 against the spread. The Knicks are competent offensively and defensively, but they&#8217;re not elite in either regard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>115.7 points per game (10th)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>112.2 points against per game (12th)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m skeptical in New York&#8217;s ability to blow out the Nets, and therefore, expect a close contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nets have covered this spread in 10 of 13 games this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grizzlies moneyline (-130):<\/strong> Denver continues to be a great team to fade at home and a total fade on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nuggets are a strong 5-2 at Ball Arena but just 2-2 away from it. They&#8217;ve dropped back-to-back games as a visitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge is tough on Sunday as they visit the Grizzlies. Memphis returns home after three consecutive games on the road. It&#8217;s won each of its last three contests at FedExForum and is 4-2 overall at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It wouldn&#8217;t be shocking to see the Grizzlies convincingly win this game, either. They boast the fifth-best margin of victory (7.2) in the NBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pistons -2.5 (-167):<\/strong> Thirdly, I&#8217;m backing Detroit to win this contest against the struggling Wizards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is more of a fade of Washington than anything else. The team has the second-worst ATS record in the league (3-8) and the worst margin of victory in the league (-13.1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In simpler terms, the Wizards are liable to be blown out any given night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detroit hasn&#8217;t been a bad team to back this season, either. It&#8217;s a strong 8-5-1 against the spread overall and 4-2-1 on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offence could be a major problem for the Wizards.
