I&#8217;ll back a Buffalo team that&#8217;s looking to rebound after consecutive losses. I&#8217;m also fading a struggling Aaron Rodgers in primetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out my Bills vs. Jets best bets for the Week 6 Monday Night Football matchup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bills vs. Jets best bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:97227\">Embed: #97227<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go to full <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/event\/1020832147\">NFL betting markets<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Bet: Bills -2.5 (-110)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:97229\">Embed: #97229<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot is going on in New York that doesn&#8217;t pass the sniff test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jets relieved head coach Robert Saleh of his duties after the team&#8217;s 2-3 start. Saleh, heralded as a great defensive mind, had his team ceding the fewest yards per play (4.3) this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offensive coordinator and close friend of Rodgers, Nathaniel Hackett, wasn&#8217;t sent packing although he was stripped of play-calling duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich has been promoted to interim head coach, but does anybody really believe he&#8217;s calling the shots?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It appears that Rodgers has owner Woody Johnson&#8217;s ear and is, at the very least, an influential voice in the team&#8217;s decision-making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes a new head coach can rejuvenate a team, but the Jets have major offensive issues that still haven&#8217;t been addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodgers has been one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL this season. He&#8217;s 30th among all eligible QBs in yards per pass (6.0) and is coming off a game where he threw three interceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rushing attack has struggled all season long, too. New York ranks 30th in yards per rush (3.6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buffalo has lost back-to-back games, but those were against the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans. Those opponents are certainly a cut above the Jets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat:<\/strong> Buffalo has a higher offensive DVOA (eight vs. 23) and defensive DVOA (six vs. 12) than New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick pick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rodgers longest completion &#8211; under 33.5 yards (-104):<\/strong> Rodgers doesn&#8217;t seem to have much of a deep ball these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Jets QB hasn&#8217;t completed a pass of 30-plus yards since Week 1, meaning he&#8217;s failed to top this mark in each of his last four games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s also looking like Rodgers could&#8217;ve used a few extra reps this offseason as he hasn&#8217;t showcased much chemistry with wide receiver Garrett Wilson.
