Elsewhere, back Minnesota on an alternate spread and take the under in San Francisco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check out these NFL Week 4 best bets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NFL Week 4 best bets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Go to full <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northstarbets.ca\/sportsbook\/sports-hub\/american_football\/nfl\">NFL Week 4 betting markets<\/a><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Best Bet: Texans over 26.5 points (-106)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"cacheembed:95590\">Embed: #95590<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last week our Jordan Horrobin faded the Texans&#8217; team total en route to hitting all three of his NFL best bets (Packers +3, Panthers +5.5). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But back at home against the sputtering Jaguars, I like C.J. Stroud and Co. to pop off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To call Jacksonville sputtering might actually be generous. The Jags looked downright awful against the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football, giving up a touchdown on five straight drives to start the game before eventually losing 47-10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doug Pederson&#8217;s seat is red-hot and rookie defensive coordinator Ryan Nielsen&#8217;s must be, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacksonville ranks 28th in points allowed per game (28.3), 29th in RBSDM&#8217;s defensive EPA per play (+0.129) and 30th in passing yards allowed per game (252.3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stroud has been a dog within the confines of NRG Stadium. Just check out his home\/away splits: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Home (nine games): 7-2 record, 305.1 passing yards\/game, 21 TDs, five INT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Away (nine games): 4-5 record, 230.1 passing yards\/game, nine TDs, three INT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&#8217;m keen to take the over on his passing total but that line isn&#8217;t available at the time of writing. This bet should suffice, though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key stat: <\/strong>The Jaguars have lost five straight road games dating back to last season, giving up 28-plus points in four of those contests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick picks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vikings +3.5 (-136):<\/strong> One of these teams is going to feel really good about themselves after Sunday&#8217;s NFC North showdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"cacheembed:95600\">Embed: #95600<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Vikings (3-0) and Green Bay Packers (2-1) have both got off to hot starts and now lock horns at Lambeau Field. Minnesota has done so thanks to spectacular play from Sam Darnold, while Green Bay has made things work with Jordan Love sidelined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Love might be back in the mix this weekend but I think the Packers will have to rely on a heavy ground game since the signal-caller is banged up with a bad knee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if that&#8217;s the case, they could be in trouble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Vikings&#8217; defence has allowed the second-fewest rushing yards per game and has the third-best defensive EPA per play. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darnold is also not at 100%, mind you, but he&#8217;s coming off a career day against the Texans and should do enough against a middling secondary to cover this alternate spread. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Patriots\/49ers under 39.5 points (-110)<\/strong>:<\/strong> The San Francisco 49ers depth chart is lit up like a Christmas tree with injuries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"cacheembed:95599\">Embed: #95599<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle are out, while Deebo Samuel is listed as doubtful. Losing three all-pros will hurt and the Niners have lost back-to-back games as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The New England Patriots might be looking like a cupcake opponent after last week&#8217;s thrashing at the hands of the New York Jets but I&#8217;m not so sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New England still has an above-average defence that can stack the box to slow down Jordan Mason.
