Elsewhere, I like fading the offence in Toronto in a rematch from last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the best CFL Week 10 picks for August 8-11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CFL Week 10 picks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Bet:<\/strong> <strong>Roughriders +2.5 (-104)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:90716\">Embed: #90716<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the Riders are trending down and the Redblacks are trending up, I&#8217;m backing the boys in green and white to cover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was confirmed that starting quarterback Trevor Harris will need one more week to recover from an injury sustained back in Week 3. But I still like the Riders because Ottawa has had a cakewalk of a schedule to this point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitting at 5-2, all of the Redblacks&#8217; wins have come against the four worst teams in the league (Edmonton Elks twice, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Calgary Stampeders).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The one time they played a team above .500 in the Montreal Alouettes, they were blown out 47-21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saskatchewan will be one of the biggest tests this season for a young Ottawa team, even though it has been reeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After starting the season 5-1, the Riders have lost back-to-back games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up until last week, Saskatchewan&#8217;s calling card has been its remarkable run defence. The Riders allowed the fewest rushing yards through the first seven games in franchise history (335) and have held their opponents under 100 yards rushing in each of the first seven games for the first time ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ottawa likes to run the ball so the success it has doing it could be a major factor in who wins this game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key stat: <\/strong>Saskatchewan is 6-2 ATS this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick pick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Argonauts\/Stampeders under 49.5 points<\/strong> <strong>(-110):<\/strong> This pick missed by one point last week, but I still like it with two poor offences in a rematch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"cacheembed:90717\">Embed: #90717<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calgary pulled off a stunning fourth-quarter comeback against the Toronto Argonauts, scoring 21 unanswered points in the final frame to win 27-23. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boatmen only managed to squeak out one point in the second half. The under would have cashed had it not been for that rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s that dry spell of offence, however, which makes me want to go back to the well, as neither team is known for its offensive prowess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Stampeders simply haven&#8217;t been a good offensive team this season.
