NFL Week 11 Beat the Spread staff predictions: ATS predictions for the 15-game slate

NFL Week 11 ATS picks

There are some truly elite NFL matchups on the Week 11 schedule, headlined by a pair of divisional battles in the 4 p.m. slate.

The Week 11 narrative: In the AFC West, the Denver Broncos look to stay atop the division as they host the Kansas City Chiefs — the nine-time reigning division champs. Elsewhere, the winner of the Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams takes the lead in the NFC West.

NFL Week 11 ATS picks

NorthStar Bets’ Avery Perri, Jordan Horrobin, Spencer Closs, Chris Toman and Steven Psihogios offer up their NFL Week 11 ATS picks for all 15 games.

NFL odds as of 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025.

Thursday Night Football pick

Jets vs. Patriots (Thursday, Nov. 13: 8:15 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: New England -13
Closs says: The Jets have won back-to-back games, but I’m not sold on them by any means. In Week 8, they made a huge comeback to beat the Bengals by one and then beat the lowly Browns by a TD last Sunday. The Patriots are a different beast, sitting at 8-2 behind MVP-level play from Drake Maye. New England has won five straight games, and everything points to them routing the Jets at home.

Staff picks: Perri (NE) | Horrobin (NE) | Closs (NE) | Toman (NYJ) | Psihogios (NE)

NFL ATS picks: The early Sunday slate

Commanders vs. Dolphins (Sunday, Nov. 16: 9:30 a.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Miami -3
Horrobin says: Miami has won or lost by 17+ points in four consecutive games, making it possibly the most unpredictable team in the NFL right now. But given that I view the Commanders’ defence as a surefire disaster, I’ll take the Dolphins to cover a few points on a neutral field in Spain. Washington is on a five-game ATS losing skid, posting a -90 point differential in that span.

Staff picks: Perri (MIA) | Horrobin (MIA) | Closs (WSH) | Toman (MIA) | Psihogios (WSH)

-> Place your bets on the Week 11 slate

Bears vs. Vikings (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Minnesota -3
Perri says: Chicago lost to Minnesota in Week 1, but a lot has changed since then. Caleb Williams is locked in, and the Bears have won six of their last seven while averaging 27.7 PPG. I don’t trust J.J. McCarthy (who has a 5:6 TD-to-INT ratio and a 26.7 QBR) to keep up with that hot of an offence.

Staff picks: Perri (CHI) | Horrobin (CHI) | Closs (CHI) | Toman (CHI) | Psihogios (MIN)

Panthers vs. Falcons (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Atlanta -3.5
Closs says: The Falcons took the Colts to overtime in Week 9 but ultimately lost by six. They still covered the 6.5-point spread and are now 4-2 ATS with Michael Penix and Drake London active. Now, they host the Panthers, who came back down to earth with a 17-7 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 9. I expect Atlanta to come out firing at home, avenging its 30-0 loss to Carolina in Week 3.

Staff picks: Perri (ATL) | Horrobin (ATL) | Closs (ATL) | Toman (ATL) | Psihogios (CAR)

Buccaneers vs. Bills (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Buffalo -5.5
Perri says: This is a smash play in my books. Josh Allen and Co. had a tough outing in Miami last week, but they’re back in the friendly confines of Highmark Stadium, where they’re 22-3 since the beginning of the 2023-24 season. In that span, they own a +12.6 average margin of victory and are 6-0 against NFC teams. Buffalo should put up points, and I don’t believe Tampa’s injured offence can keep up.

Staff picks: Perri (BUF) | Horrobin (TB) | Closs (TB) | Toman (BUF) | Psihogios (BUF)

-> Bet on the Buffalo Bills at NorthStar Bets

Bengals vs. Steelers (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Pittsburgh -5.5
Perri says: Pittsburgh has had a Jekyll and Hyde season, with one of its ugliest losses coming against Cincinnati in prime time a few weeks ago. Joe Flacco torched the Steelers in that game, and Cincinnati is averaging 37.6 points and 454.3 yards with him under centre. I like the divisional road dog to come through and cover in this matchup.

Staff picks: Perri (CIN) | Horrobin (CIN) | Closs (CIN) | Toman (CIN) | Psihogios (CIN)

-> Make Week 11 ATS picks at NorthStar Bets

Packers vs. Giants (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Green Bay -7
Closs says: It’s hard to trust Green Bay’s offence, scoring just 20 points total in the past two games. But I can stomach siding with the Packers over an injury-riddled Giants squad. Rookie QB Jaxon Dart is out, leaving Jameis Winston as New York’s starter. Winston appeared in 12 games for the Browns last season, finishing with a 13:12 TD-to-INT ratio. Green Bay’s defence should shut him down, and a few scores should be enough to cover this spread.

Staff picks: Perri (GB) | Horrobin (NYG) | Closs (GB) | Toman (GB) | Psihogios (NYG)

Texans vs. Titans (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Houston -7
Closs says: I have little faith in the Texans covering a big spread on the road. Houston is 1-3 away from home, averaging 20.5 points. That number is boosted by a 44-10 thrashing of the Ravens, who were severely shorthanded in that game. Houston scored 17 or fewer in the other three contests. There isn’t much to like with the Titans, either, but I believe they can keep pace if Houston’s offence is once again a no-show.

Staff picks: Perri (TEN) | Horrobin (TEN) | Closs (TEN) | Toman (TEN) | Psihogios (HOU)

Chargers vs. Jaguars (Sunday, Nov. 16: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Los Angeles -3
Horrobin says: Down both of its starting tackles, L.A. earned a convincing win last week for its third consecutive victory by 10+ points. Jacksonville, meanwhile, was busy blowing a 19-point lead against the Texans. The Jaguars are 0-3-1 ATS in their past four games, and all three ATS defeats came as underdogs. L.A. is in the top 10 in yards on both sides of the ball, while Jacksonville is outside the top 15 in total offence and defence.

Staff picks: Perri (JAX) | Horrobin (LAC) | Closs (LAC) | Toman (JAX) | Psihogios (JAX)

NFL 4 p.m. slate

-> Bet on this weekend’s NFL action at NorthStar Bets

Seahawks vs. Rams (Sunday, Nov. 16: 4:05 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Los Angeles -3
Horrobin says: With how even the Seahawks and Rams are on paper, my preference is to bank a few points on Seattle’s side. Both teams are 7-2 (SU and ATS), and all of their losses have come in one-score games. L.A. does have home-field advantage, but Seattle is 11-1 SU and 8-3-1 ATS on the road since the start of last season.

Staff picks: Perri (LAR) | Horrobin (SEA) | Closs (SEA) | Toman (SEA) | Psihogios (LAR)

49ers vs. Cardinals (Sunday, Nov. 16: 4:05 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: San Francisco -3
Perri says: The Cardinals have dropped six of their last seven games and will be without Marvin Harrison Jr. on Sunday. Can Jacoby Brissett lead Arizona to an upset win? I think not. Brock Purdy has a real chance to return this week, and the Niners’ offence has looked good in the past two weeks with Mac Jones under centre.

Staff picks: Perri (SF) | Horrobin (SF) | Closs (ARI) | Toman (SF) | Psihogios (SF)

Ravens vs. Browns (Sunday, Nov. 16: 4:25 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Baltimore -7.5
Toman says: Demolishing the Dolphins in Lamar Jackson’s return didn’t prove much. But Baltimore’s eight-point Week 10 victory on the road vs. the Vikings was more impressive. The Browns are in for a challenge. They’ve been walloped several times this season and had an ugly loss to the Jets last Sunday, coming off their bye week.

Staff picks: Perri (BAL) | Horrobin (BAL) | Closs (BAL) | Toman (BAL) | Psihogios (CLE)

Chiefs vs. Broncos (Sunday, Nov. 16: 4:25 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Kansas City -4
Perri says: The Broncos, winners of seven straight, are one of the hottest teams in the NFL. But Denver barely scraped by against a bunch of bad teams, winning just two of those games by four-plus points. Patrick Mahomes has been in MVP form and is 6-1 SU at Mile High. The Chiefs are also coming off a bye, and I expect them to lay a beating on their divisional rivals.

Staff picks: Perri (KC) | Horrobin (DEN) | Closs (KC) | Toman (KC) | Psihogios (DEN)

-> Bet on Sunday & Monday Night Football

Sunday and Monday Night NFL Week 11 ATS picks

Lions vs. Eagles (Sunday, Nov. 9: 8:20 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Philadelphia -2.5
Horrobin says: Philadelphia is playing on a short week, but it’s easily the healthier of the two squads lining up at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday night. Detroit had 15 players who were either limited or absent from Wednesday’s practice (the first of the week), while Philly had just four. The Lions and Eagles have four common opponents, and Philly is 4-0 SU and ATS in those games (Detroit is 1-3 SU and ATS).

Staff picks: Perri (DET) | Horrobin (PHI) | Closs (DET) | Toman (DET) | Psihogios (DET)

Cowboys vs. Raiders (Monday, Nov. 10: 8:15 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Dallas -3
Tonan says: Dallas got its bye at the right time after two straight double-digit losses. The Cowboys aren’t playing great football but at least they can score. That’s not something the Raiders can say. In three of their last five games, they’ve put up totals of zero, six and seven points. Las Vegas is scoring the second-fewest points in the NFL (15.4/game). Dallas is almost doubling that (29.2).

Staff picks: Perri (DAL) | Horrobin (DAL) | Closs (LV) | Toman (DAL) | Psihogios (DAL)

NFL ATS picks: Week 10 + season records: Closs: 7-7-0 (75-74-0) | Psihogios: 8-6-0 (74-75-0) | Toman: 3-11-0 (69-80-0) | Perri: 5-9-0 (71-78-0) | Horrobin: 6-8-0 (67-82-0)

NFL Week 11 staff best bets: Bet on Bills to bounce back, Lamar Jackson to torch Browns

NFL Week 11 best bets

This week’s NFL best bets feature two MVP-winning quarterbacks and a prediction from the NFL’s Sunday morning game in Spain.

The Week 11 narrative: Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson have some work to do if they want to top their respective divisions. Allen’s Buffalo Bills are in good shape to win as home favourites, while Jackson’s Baltimore Ravens should lean on the passing attack in Cleveland.

Check out our NFL Week 11 staff best bets for our favourite picks this weekend, including props bet on Jaylen Waddle and Bijan Robinson.

NFL Week 11 best bets

These NFL Week 11 best bets were provided by NorthStar Bets writers Jordan Horrobin, Chris Toman and Avery Perri.

Bills -5.5 (-110): This feels like a must-win game for Buffalo if it wants to claw back into the divisional race.

The Bills (6-3) are 2.5 games back of the New England Patriots (8-2), with the latter favoured by 14 points on Thursday Night Football.

We saw some confounding play out of Josh Allen last week in Miami, but I think he’s capable of putting on a show in Orchard Park, where the Bills are nearly unbeatable.

  • Buffalo is 22-3 at home since the beginning of the 2023-24 season.
  • In that span, it has a +12.6 average margin of victory at Highmark Stadium.
  • The Bills are 12-1 SU against NFC teams since the 2020 season (6-0 since 2023-24). That includes an eight-point win against the Buccaneers in 2023.

Tampa Bay has lost two of its past three games and is struggling to move the ball on offence with Bucky Irving and Mike Evand sidelined.

Buffalo should put up a boatload of points, and I can’t see Baker Mayfield keeping pace with his depleted offensive corps.

-Perri

Seahawks vs. Rams ATS prediction

Seahawks +3 (-110): It’s tough to bet against either the Rams or Seahawks right now, as both teams sit at 7-2 (SU and ATS) to this point.

Here’s how even they are:

  • Both teams rank inside the top five in scoring offence and defence.
  • Their two losses apiece came in one-score games.
  • Both teams are on four-game win streaks in which they’ve won each game by at least eight points.

With how close they are on paper, I’d rank bank a field goal with the Seahawks. Yes, they’re on the road, but that hasn’t been an issue for this team in recent history.

Since the start of last season, Seattle is 11-1-0 SU and 8-3-1 ATS as the visiting team.

NFL Week 11 best bets: Player props

Jackson over 210.5 passing yards (-118): This line is simply too low for a player of Jackson’s calibre.

  • The two-time MVP averaged 229.9 (2023-24) and 245.4 passing yards (2024-25) in his last two seasons.
  • That includes four games against the Browns, where he averaged 228.8 yards and went 3-1 against this line. Jackson also threw for 225 yards against Cleveland in Week 2 this year.

Cleveland has a strong defence, led by six-time all-pro EDGE Myles Garrett, but it is mainly elite at stopping the run. The unit ranks second in EPA per rush and 14th in EPA per pass.

Derrick Henry hasn’t been as efficient as in years past, and he only had 23 rushing yards against the Browns in Week 2.

I expect Baltimore will lean on its passing game, and wouldn’t be surprised to see Jackson finish with over 250 yards.

-> Bet on Jackson vs. the Browns!

-Perri

Waddle over 78.5 receiving yards (-118): Waddle has been feasting as the WR1 for the Miami Dolphins, and I expect more of the same in a Grade-A matchup on Sunday morning in Madrid, Spain.

The Dolphins face the Washington Commanders, who’ve rolled out a pitiful pass defence this year:

  • 32nd in yards per attempt
  • 32nd in EPA per dropback
  • 31st in total passing yards
  • 27th in dropback success rate

In addition to being a standout matchup, this line is worth playing based on Waddle’s recent output.

From Week 5 onward, Waddle is 5-1 vs. this yardage milestone.

On the season, Waddle has obtained 41.6% of Miami’s air yards, which ranks in the 98th percentile, per Rotowire. He’s also in the 80th percentile or better in target share and yards per route.

-Horrobin

Week 11 player prop prediction

Robinson 71.5 rushing yards (-118): If not done already, the Atlanta Falcons’ disappointing season is on the line in Week 11.

As a home favourite against a divisional rival, I expect Atlanta (3-6) to at least put together a competitive showing after getting embarrassed 30-0 by the Carolina Panthers in Week 3.

Better game script than what Robinson saw in that defeat should help the slumping star build off his Week 10 performance.

While he didn’t find the end zone and was non-existent in the passing game in a back-and-forth OT loss to the Indianapolis Colts, Robinson was productive on the ground.

  • Robinson rushed for 84 yards, averaging 4.9 yards per carry after being held under 50 yards and 4.0 YPC in three straight games.
  • Despite being limited to 13 carries in that ugly Week 3 loss, Robinson rushed for 72 yards and torched Carolina in both meetings a season ago.
  • His upside is clear. Robinson topped 90 rushing yards in nine of his final 12 games last season, and started the year by clearing this line in four of five games.

The last three lead backs to face the Panthers — Alvin Kamara, Josh Jacobs and James Cook — blew past this number.

The odds to win the Grey Cup fluctuate throughout the season, depending on win/loss records, injuries and team momentum, among other factors.

The Toronto Argonauts, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Montreal Alouettes have all won in recent years, while the Hamilton Tiger-Cats have the longest title drought in the league (dating back to 1999).

NFL Week 10 betting guide: predictions

ATS picks: Get ATS predictions from five different staff writers on every game of the week.

NFL Week 10 best bets: The 10th NFL Sunday of the season kicks off in Berlin, Germany, and Jordan Horrobin has his eyes on Kyle Pitts. Find out why, and get two ATS picks plus a moneyline bet.

Upset picks: Green Bay just lost as 14-point favourites to the Carolina Panthers, and Philadelphia is coming off a bye. That seems like a perfect recipe for the Eagles to pull off an upset.

NFL prop bets: Drake Maye is making a case to win MVP in his sophomore season. He’s featured in this week’s prop bets, along with picks on Sam LaPorta and Michael Wilson.

TD picks: Isaiah Likely did everything but find the end zone in his first full game with Lamar Jackson this season. Avery Perri thinks he’s worth backing to score with a big price tag.

Bills vs. Dolphins SGP: Josh Allen has dominated the Miami Dolphins, and that shouldn’t change this weekend. Back the gunslinger in this +320 wager.

Steelers vs. Chargers SGP: Los Angeles’ offensive line is hurting. Steven Psihogios expects Pittsburgh to get pressure and pull off the upset. He also has a Jaylen Warren prop in his +450 ticket.

Eagles vs. Packers SGP: The Eagles are 6-2 this season despite Saquon Barkley having a down year. Find out how Closs is fading Barkley but backing Philly in his +575 parlay.

NFL Week 10 betting notes

  • Dan Campbell and Jared Goff have won and covered 12 straight games following a loss. The Detroit Lions are 8-point road favourites against the Jayden Daniels-less Washington Commanders.
  • Maye (+400) and Mayfield (+1,500) are in MVP contention as the Patriots and Buccaneers top their respective divisions. New England’s QB ranks fifth in passing yards (2,285) and QBR (74.0), while Mayfield has engineered four fourth-quarter comebacks.
  • It’s Allen (+175), though, who tops the MVP odds board through eight games. He’s won seven straight games against the Miami Dolphins, this week’s opponent, while throwing 20 passing TDs.

NFL Week 10 Beat the Spread staff predictions: ATS predictions for the 14-game slate

NFL ATS picks Week 10

Two of the NFC’s top teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, are back off their bye week to take part in a 14-game slate.

The Week 10 narrative: Philadelphia has some extra rest ahead of a Monday Night Football date vs. the Green Bay Packers. Tampa Bay, meanwhile, is still far from full strength entering a big cross-conference showdown against the New England Patriots.

NFL Week 10 ATS picks

NorthStar Bets’ Avery Perri, Jordan Horrobin, Spencer Closs, Chris Toman and Steven Psihogios offer up their NFL Week 10 ATS picks for all 14 games.

NFL odds as of 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025.

Thursday Night Football pick

Raiders vs. Broncos (Thursday, Nov. 6: 8:15 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Denver -9
Closs says: Denver’s offence has shown flashes, but it isn’t good enough to warrant this large spread. The Broncos have covered this number in just two of seven wins this season against the two worst defensive teams in football (Bengals, Cowboys). Additionally, Brock Bowers is healthy for the Raiders. With its star tight end, Las Vegas is 3-2 against this spread.

Staff picks: Perri (LV) | Horrobin (LV) | Closs (LV) | Toman (DEN) | Psihogios (LV)

NFL ATS picks: The early Sunday slate

Falcons vs. Colts (Sunday, Nov. 9:30 a.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Indianapolis -6.5
Closs says: Atlanta looks like a different team when healthy. Michael Penix Jr. and Drake London returned last week to connect for three TDs in a 24-23 loss to the Patriots. With both skill players in the lineup, Atlanta is 5-2 against this spread. Indianapolis is coming off a seven-point loss to the Steelers and could be without top receiver Michael Pittman Jr. and starting cornerback Kenny Moore. A lot is working in the Falcons’ favour in Week 10.

Staff picks: Perri (IND) | Horrobin (ATL) | Closs (ATL) | Toman (ATL) | Psihogios (ATL)

-> Place your bets on the Week 10 slate

Ravens vs. Vikings (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Baltimore -4.5
Perri says: Every game feels like a must-win for the Ravens, who sit at 3-5 after a dreadful start to the season. But with Lamar Jackson back in the fold, I can see them potentially running the table. Jackson threw for four touchdowns in his return last week and owns a stellar 24-5 record against NFC teams. Baltimore’s defence has also sneakily improved, allowing just 13.0 PPG in its last three games.

Staff picks: Perri (BAL) | Horrobin (MIN) | Closs (BAL) | Toman (MIN) | Psihogios (MIN)

Bills vs. Dolphins (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Buffalo -9.5
Toman says: Buffalo beat Miami by 10 in Week 3 but failed to cover the lofty 12-point spread. The Bills are recharged, and the Dolphins have been held under 10 points in two of their last three weeks. Coming out of its bye, Buffalo has a 31-point win and an underdog victory over the Chiefs. Josh Allen has obliterated the Dolphins throughout his career — expect more of the same this Sunday.

Staff picks: Perri (BUF) | Horrobin (BUF) | Closs (BUF) | Toman (BUF) | Psihogios (BUF)

-> Bet on the Buffalo Bills at NorthStar Bets

Browns vs. Jets (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Cleveland -2
Perri says: I’ll happily back Cleveland in this battle of destitute franchises. New York is 1-7 and just traded away its best two defensive players, Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams, at the deadline. The Browns’ defence ranks top-five in EPA per play and yards allowed per game and should stifle anything Justin Fields (or Tyrod Taylor) has to offer.

Staff picks: Perri (CLE) | Horrobin (CLE) | Closs (CLE) | Toman (CLE) | Psihogios (CLE)

Jaguars vs. Texans (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Jacksonville -1.5
Closs says: The Texans will be without C.J. Stroud, but I don’t think that hurts them much. Davis Mills should be a fine replacement, while the defence allows the fewest points per game (15.1). That alone makes it difficult for opponents to pull away. Jacksonville is 5-3 but hasn’t won by more than a possession since Week 1. This is likely going to be an ugly game, which has me siding with the defensively sound Texans at home.

Staff picks: Perri (JAX) | Horrobin (JAX) | Closs (HOU) | Toman (JAX) | Psihogios (HOU)

-> Make Week 10 ATS picks at NorthStar Bets

Patriots vs. Buccaneers (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Tampa Bay -2.5
Perri says: Tampa Bay is fresh off a much-needed bye week, but is still likely without Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving (with Mike Evans on injured reserve). That has me content backing New England, which is among the league’s hottest teams. The Pats are averaging 29.5 PPG during their six-game winning streak, while getting MVP-calibre play out of sophomore Drake Maye.

Staff picks: Perri (NE) | Horrobin (NE) | Closs (NE) | Toman (TB) | Psihogios (TB)

Saints vs. Panthers (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Carolina -5.5
Horrobin says: The Tyler Shough Era got off to a predictably disastrous start last week in New Orleans’ 34-10 loss in L.A. The Saints are back on the road this Sunday and should be in for another loss against the resurgent Panthers. Carolina is 6-3 ATS and just earned the NFL’s biggest upset win of the year last Sunday (beating Green Bay as a 13.5-point underdog). New Orleans has lost its past four games by a combined 62 points.

Staff picks: Perri (CAR) | Horrobin (CAR) | Closs (CAR) | Toman (CAR) | Psihogios (NO)

Giants vs. Bears (Sunday, Nov. 9: 1 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Chicago -4.5
Toman says: New York is down multiple playmakers on the road and has lost five games by double digits. The Bears have been competitive in nearly every game and have reeled off wins in five of their last six. Back home after back-to-back road games, they should handle the banged-up Giants.

Staff picks: Perri (CHI) | Horrobin (CHI) | Closs (CHI) | Toman (CHI) | Psihogios (NYG)

NFL 4 p.m. slate

-> Bet on this weekend’s NFL action at NorthStar Bets

Cardinals vs. Seahawks (Sunday, Nov. 9: 4:05 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Seattle -6.5
Perri says: Jacoby Brissett is 3-0 ATS as a starter, and Arizona already covered this number against Seattle at home in Week 4. But I think the Seahawks’ No. 5 scoring defence, which has held seven of eight opponents to 20 or fewer points, can put an end to Brissett’s impressive run. Seattle is a league-best 6-2 ATS and has covered this number in three straight weeks.

Staff picks: Perri (SEA) | Horrobin (SEA) | Closs (ARI) | Toman (ARI) | Psihogios (SEA)

Lions vs. Commanders (Sunday, Nov. 9: 4:25 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Detroit -8
Toman says: All five of the Lions’ wins have been by eight-plus points. Against a Commanders team that’s without QB Jayden Daniels and has lost three straight by double digits, I anticipate another blowout victory for Detroit. The Lions should be hungry following an upset loss in Week 9.

Staff picks: Perri (DET) | Horrobin (DET) | Closs (DET) | Toman (DET) | Psihogios (DET)

Rams vs. 49ers (Sunday, Oct. 19: 4:25 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Los Angeles -4.5
Horrobin says: Brock Purdy has a legitimate shot at returning this week, and there’s an outside chance Ricky Pearsall is back, too. But even if it’s the Mac Jones show, I know he gives the Niners a chance to win because he’s already beaten the Rams this season (throwing for 342 yards in a 26-23 road victory). San Francisco has the 10th-ranked scoring defence and should be able to hang regardless of who’s under centre.

Staff picks: Perri (SF) | Horrobin (SF) | Closs (SF) | Toman (SF) | Psihogios (SF)

-> Bet on Sunday & Monday Night Football

Sunday and Monday Night NFL Week 10 ATS picks

Steelers vs. Chargers (Sunday, Nov. 9: 8:20 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Los Angeles -3
Perri says: I can’t make much sense of Pittsburgh’s season so far. The Steelers just shut down the NFL’s best offence (Colts) after giving up 30-plus points in back-to-back weeks to the Packers and Bengals. I’m hoping Mike Tomlin’s group turned the corner, and expect T.J. Watt to lead the pass rush against a Chargers offensive line missing Joe Alt and several other key pieces.

Staff picks: Perri (PIT) | Horrobin (PIT) | Closs (PIT) | Toman (PIT) | Psihogios (PIT)

Eagles vs. Packers (Monday, Nov. 10: 8:15 p.m. ET)

NorthStar Bets line: Green Bay -2.5
Horrobin says: Philadelphia hasn’t won many of its games in convincing fashion, but this team doesn’t deserve to be an underdog in Green Bay. The Eagles, who beat the Packers twice last year, are 6-2 and coming off a bye. Green Bay lost as a 13.5-point favourite last week and will have to figure out its offence without arguably its most important playmaker, Tucker Kraft.

Staff picks: Perri (GB) | Horrobin (PHI) | Closs (PHI) | Toman (PHI) | Psihogios (PHI)

NFL ATS picks: Week 9 + season records: Closs: 7-7-0 (68-67-0) | Psihogios: 9-5-0 (66-69-0) | Toman: 8-6-0 (66-69-0) | Perri: 7-7-0 (66-69-0) | Horrobin: 5-9-0 (61-74-0)

NFL Week 10 staff best bets: Bet on Lions to bounce back, Pitts to shine vs. Colts in Germany

NFL Week 10 best bets

The 10th NFL Sunday of the season kicks off in Berlin, Germany, where the Indianapolis Colts look to rebound against the suddenly spiralling Atlanta Falcons.

The Week 10 narrative: In the first of a dozen Sunday games, look for Kyle Pitts to do some damage in a plus matchup against the Colts. Later on, the Detroit Lions are hefty favourites on the road against the shorthanded Washington Commanders.

NFL Week 10 best bets

These NFL Week 10 best bets were provided by NorthStar Bets writers Jordan Horrobin, Chris Toman and Avery Perri.

Panthers -5.5 (-110): Laying points with the Panthers is a rare feat, but it’s worth it this week with a truly miserable New Orleans Saints team in town.

The Saints (1-8, 2-7 ATS) have lost by a combined 62 points over the past four weeks. And they’ve failed to cover a +5.5 spread in seven of nine games.

Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough took the reins for the Saints last week, and the results were ugly. New Orleans posted just 10 points and 224 total yards while turning the ball over twice.

Carolina has a pair of ugly losses against two likely playoff teams (Bills, Patriots). Otherwise, Dave Canales’ squad has been a tough out.

The Panthers are 6-3 ATS, which includes an outright win as 13.5-point road underdogs against the Green Bay Packers last week.

-Horrobin

Week 10 ATS prediction

Lions -8 (-110): The Lions will be out for blood after losing straight up as a near-double-digit favourite in Week 9.

Detroit has a big number to cover — something it has been accustomed to — but this matchup has big blowout potential.

The Commanders (3-6 ATS) have been smoked in three straight and are once again without quarterback Jayden Daniels, who suffered a dislocated elbow in Week 9.

Already down playmaker Terry McLaurin, Washington faces an uphill battle. Backup QB Marcus Mariota has led the Commanders to one win in his three starts, and it came against the 2-6 Raiders.

Their defence will be tasked with stopping the No. 1 scoring offence in the NFC.

Washington’s last three games:

  • 38-14 loss vs. Seattle
  • 28-7 loss @ Kansas City
  • 44-22 loss @ Dallas

Detroit has covered this number in all but one of its five wins. The outlier was an impressive eight-point road victory against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens.

The Lions followed up their previous losses with a 31-point shellacking and a 15-point victory.

Browns to win (-138): Browns and Jets fans can each stake a claim on being the most hard-done-by fanbase in football.

But right now, New York takes the cake.

The Jets are 1-7 and just traded away their two best defensive players, Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams, ahead of Tuesday’s deadline.

One league source described New York’s moves this way to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini: “They took a top-five defence and tore it apart.”

Maybe it was prudent for the future, but right now, you couldn’t get me to back the Jets in any capacity.

Cleveland largely stood pat at the deadline, and it does have a top five defence by several metrics, including EPA per play and yards allowed per game.

That group, led by Myles Garrett, should keep a banged-up Jets offence at bay.

On the other end, I expect Quinshon Judkins to run wild against New York with Williams out of the door.

-Perri

NFL Week 10 best bets: Player props

Pitts over 46.5 receiving yards (-118): Pitts has been an extremely underwhelming performer through four-plus NFL seasons, but his involvement this year is at least a step in the right direction.

  • The 2021 fourth-overall pick is averaging a career-high receptions per game (5.4).
  • Pitts is also posting 47.8 yards/game, which is his highest mark since his Pro Bowl rookie season.

-> Bet on Pitts vs. the Colts in Germany!

Pitts has yet to surpass 70 receiving yards this season. But he’s also finished above 35 yards in seven of eight games.

This is a floor play, and it comes in one of the best matchups imaginable.

The Indianapolis Colts have allowed 74.9 receiving yards per game to opposing tight ends, which is the third-most in the NFL.

Pitts runs a healthy majority of his routes from the slot, which is where the Colts’ linebackers while likely struggle to stop him.

Indy’s linebackers have allowed a 102.2 passer rating, per Rotowire, which ranks in the 23rd percentile.
