Every team is in action this week, with three American Thanksgiving games kicking off the festivities on Thursday
The Week 13 narrative: All three Thanksgiving matchups have huge playoff implications and feature spreads inside a touchdown. It should be a good time. After that, bettors have a Friday standalone game before a loaded Sunday slate.

NFL Week 13 ATS picks
NorthStar Bets’ Avery Perri, Jordan Horrobin, Spencer Closs, Chris Toman and Steven Psihogios offer up their NFL Week 13 ATS picks for all 15 games.
NFL odds as of 10 a.m. ET on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025.
Thanksgiving slate
Packers vs. Lions (Thursday, Nov. 27: 1:00 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Detroit -2.5
Closs says: Green Bay’s offence can be inconsistent, but its defence remains elite week-to-week. It ranks second in total yards against while allowing the fourth fewest points per game (18.2). The Packers are coming off a dominant 23-6 win over the Vikings and are 3-1-1 on the road this season. Plus, Green Bay has a 27-13 win over the Lions in Week 1. That was some time ago, but it still shows the Packers can keep Detroit’s offence in check.
Staff picks: Perri (DET) | Horrobin (DET) | Closs (GB) | Toman (DET) | Psihogios (DET)
Chiefs vs. Cowboys (Thursday, Nov. 27: 4:30 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Kansas City -3
Perri says: Dallas’ defence has looked much better after getting a slew of reinforcements (headlined by Quinnen Williams and DeMarvion Overshown) following its Week 9 bye. All of a sudden, that unit is complementary to a Cowboys offence ranking top five in yards/game, points/game and EPA per play. I’ll back Dallas against a KC team which is 1-4 on the road.
Staff picks: Perri (DAL) | Horrobin (DAL) | Closs (KC) | Toman (DAL) | Psihogios (DAL)

Bengals vs. Ravens (Thursday, Nov. 27: 8:20 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Baltimore -6.5
Perri says: Joe Burrow is back, and Lamar Jackson doesn’t appear to be at 100%. That’s the basis for this wager. The Bengals have covered this mark in four of their last five games with Joe Flacco under centre, and I like their chances of winning outright with Burrow. Cincy’s QB1 threw for nine TDs in two games against the Bengals (both losses, but by a combined four points).
Staff picks: Perri (CIN) | Horrobin (BAL) | Closs (CIN) | Toman (BAL) | Psihogios (CIN)
NFL ATS picks: Friday’s game
Bears vs. Eagles (Friday, Nov. 28: 3 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Philadelphia -7
Horrobin says: After blowing a 21-point lead to a division rival last week, Philadelphia needs to make a statement at home. The Eagles and Bears are both division leaders with 8-3 records, but Philly has a notable advantage in terms of point differential (+30 vs. -3). Philly beat the Lions and Rams by this margin at home this year, and I think more highly of those teams than of the Bears.
Staff picks: Perri (PHI) | Horrobin (PHI) | Closs (PHI) | Toman (CHI) | Psihogios (PHI)
The early Sunday slate
Jaguars vs. Titans (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bet line: Jaguars -6.5
Perri says: Jacksonville has failed to cover this number in all five of its road games, losing to the Jake Browning-led Bengals in Week 2 and the Davis Mills-led Texans in Week 10. The Jags also barely scraped by the Raiders and Cardinals, needing overtime in both of those games. Tennessee is an awful team, but it has covered this number in both games since its Week 10 bye. I’ll ride with the home divisional dog here.
Staff picks: Perri (TEN) | Horrobin (TEN) | Closs (TEN) | Toman (JAX) | Psihogios (TEN)
Falcons vs. Jets (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Atlanta -2.5
Horrobin says: Atlanta beat up on a bad team on the road last week in Kirk Cousins’ return as a starter. I say the Dirty Birds run it back. The Jets are on a four-game ATS win streak, mind you, but they are 2-9 SU with the fifth-worst point differential in the NFL (-72). Even without Drake London again, the Falcons should cover this modest spread — as they have in each of their four wins this season.
Staff picks: Perri (ATL) | Horrobin (ATL) | Closs (NYJ) | Toman (NYJ) | Psihogios (NYJ)
Rams vs. Panthers (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Rams -10.5
Perri says: Carolina just lost by 11 to San Francisco with Brock Purdy throwing three interceptions. Los Angeles annihilated that same 49ers team just two weeks earlier. This shouldn’t be much of a contest. The delta between Matthew Stafford and Bryce Young may be as big as the geographic distance between these teams’ stadiums.
Staff picks: Perri (LAR) | Horrobin (LAR) | Closs (LAR) | Toman (CAR) | Psihogios (LAR)
Saints vs. Dolphins (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Dolphins -5.5
Horrobin says: I’m thrilled to fade the lifeless Saints (3-8 ATS) on the road against a rested Dolphins team (6-5 ATS) that’s coming off a bye. New Orleans has only surpassed the 21-point threshold once all season, while Miami is averaging 21.8 PPG since Week 2. Let’s use the Falcons as a yardstick, given that both teams faced Atlanta in the past five weeks: The Saints lost by 14 and the Dolphins won by 24.
Staff picks: Perri (MIA) | Horrobin (MIA) | Closs (MIA) | Toman (MIA) | Psihogios (NO)
Cardinals vs. Buccaneers (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Tampa Bay -3
Closs says: The Bucs have been victims of one of the toughest schedules in the NFL. They have played eight teams currently over .500 and have a 3-5 record. The good news is they’re 3-0 against teams under .500, and that’s what Arizona is. The Cardinals are 3-8 and will be without Kyler Murray and possibly Marvin Harrison Jr. I’m confident backing Tampa at home against any team that isn’t a contender at this point.
Staff picks: Perri (TB) | Horrobin (TB) | Closs (TB) | Toman (TB) | Psihogios (ARI)
49ers vs. Browns (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: 49ers -4.5
Perri says: The Browns won last week, and they have a few things working in their favour this weekend. Cleveland has a slight rest advantage, battling a San Francisco team which had to travel East immediately after playing on Monday Night Football. The other is Myles Garrett, who has an otherworldly 13 sacks in his last four games. I expect his defence to keep this game close.
Staff picks: Perri (CLE) | Horrobin (CLE) | Closs (SF) | Toman (SF) | Psihogios (SF)
Texans vs. Colts (Sunday, Nov. 30: 1 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Indianapolis -4.5
Horrobin says: Houston has been shaky on the road this season, going 1-4 ATS and failing to cover a +4.5 spread in any of its three games as a road dog. Conversely, the Colts are 4-1 ATS at home and have the NFL’s second-best point differential overall (+112). Indy, which ranks in the top 10 in scoring offence and defence, should prove to be the better team in this divisional clash.
Staff picks: Perri (IND) | Horrobin (IND) | Closs (IND) | Toman (HOU) | Psihogios (HOU)
NFL 4 p.m. slate
Vikings vs. Seahawks (Sunday, Nov. 30: 4:05 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Seattle -11.5
Closs says: J.J. McCarthy is questionable, but he hasn’t been good even when healthy. He has six touchdowns this season and 10 interceptions with a 2-4 record as the starter. Seattle, on the other hand, looks legit. Sam Darnold is having a solid year, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba is on pace for 2,000+ receiving yards. This is a large spread, but I feel good taking the Seahawks at home over a Vikings squad full of unanswered questions.
Staff picks: Perri (SEA) | Horrobin (SEA) | Closs (SEA) | Toman (MIN) | Psihogios (MIN)
Bills vs. Steelers (Sunday, Nov. 30: 4:25 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Bills -3.5
Perri says: Mike Tomlin’s seat is heating up, but he’s done well in quieting the noise historically. The Steelers are 13-4 ATS as home underdogs following a loss in his tenure. Buffalo is 2-3 away from Highmark Stadium while averaging 23.2 PPG. That’s nearly 10 points less than at home. On top of that, the Bills are dealing with injuries to both starting tackles.
Staff picks: Perri (PIT) | Horrobin (PIT) | Closs (BUF) | Toman (BUF) | Psihogios (BUF)
Raiders vs. Chargers (Sunday, Nov. 30: 4:25 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Los Angeles -9.5
Closs says: The Raiders are on a five-game losing streak and have failed to cover this spread in six of nine losses this season. That includes losing by 11 at home to the Chargers in Week 2. L.A. could also be getting a shot in the arm with the return of rookie running back Omarion Hampton. He would give the Chargers another option in the backfield to complement Kimani Vidal. Las Vegas is 1-4 on the road and 0-3 in divisional games this season.
Staff picks: Perri (LAC) | Horrobin (LAC) | Closs (LAC) | Toman (LAC) | Psihogios (LV)
Sunday and Monday Night NFL Week 13 ATS picks
Broncos vs. Commanders (Sunday, Nov. 30: 8:20 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: Denver -6
Closs says: The Broncos are 9-2 but have failed to cover this spread in five of their past six wins. In fact, five of those wins came by three points or fewer. The offence is right around average and often can’t score enough to cover these lofty spreads. The defence is legit, so I’ll back the Broncos to win, but I think Marcus Mariota can do just enough to keep Washington competitive at home.
Staff picks: Perri (WSH) | Horrobin (DEN) | Closs (WSH) | Toman (DEN) | Psihogios (DEN)
Giants vs. Patriots (Monday, Dec. 1: 8:15 p.m. ET)
NorthStar Bets line: New England -7
Horrobin says: The Giants haven’t won since Oct. 9, but they have fashioned a three-game ATS win streak with a trio of one-score losses. Jameis Winston gives New York a layer of exciting unpredictability that should always keep a backdoor cover in play. The Patriots are 1-3 ATS in their past four games and will be missing a pair of starting offensive linemen, which is concerning against the Giants’ vaunted pass rush.
Staff picks: Perri (NE) | Horrobin (NYG) | Closs (NE) | Toman (NYG) | Psihogios (NYG)
NFL ATS picks: Week 12 + season records: Closs: 7-5-2 (85-88-5) | Psihogios: 6-6-2 (87-86-5) | Toman: 7-5-2 (83-90-5) | Perri: 6-6-2 (84-89-5) | Horrobin: 9-3-2 (83-90-5)
