The Buffalo Bills kicked off the festivities with a blowout win over the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football and the odds would indicate more routs are to come.

Some quick betting notes before we dive into everything you could possibly want to bet on in Week 2:

  • Highest total: Buccaneers/Lions (51 points)
  • Biggest spread: Ravens -8.5 vs. Raiders
  • Eight teams have odds of +200 or longer to win (Raiders, Panthers, Saints, Vikings, Buccaneers, Bengals, Bears, Falcons)

Those lines/odds are listed as of 2:30 p.m. ET on Sept. 13. For the latest, check out our NFL Week 2 markets.

Week 2 betting predictions

If you need a one-stop shop for spread bets, we have you covered.

Our NFL Week 2 ATS picks, via Avery Perri, Jordan Horrobin, Spencer Closs and Chris Toman, provide a recommendation against the spread for every game.

We have plenty of other picks, too.

Week 2 best bets: Perri has one ATS pick, one moneyline wager and one over/under to bet on for Sunday’s slate. His favourite pick is on the Los Angeles Rams to continue dominating the Arizona Cardinals.

Underdogs: The biggest favourite in Week 1 (Bengals) lost and there are plenty of sizeable dogs to back this weekend. Horrobin thinks a strong run game can help a certain NFC North team pull off an upset without its star QB.

Parlay picks: Closs has dialled up a three-leg parlay (+468) headlined by the Pittsburgh Steelers getting it done on the road.

Prop picks: Will the Baltimore Ravens commit to the run game this week? They probably should, and Derrick Henry is one of four players highlighted in this article.

TD picks: Cooper Kupp turned back the clock for an elite performance in Week 1 and Perri thinks he’ll find the end zone again. Read about why in addition to a pair of plus-money wagers.

Bengals vs. Chiefs same-game parlay: Joe Burrow’s Bengals have always started slow and now they have to take on the defending champs at Arrowhead. Bet on KC alongside Travis Kelce and Zack Moss in this +425 SGP.

Bears vs. Texans SNF best bets: Look away, Carolina Panthers fans, it’s time for the C.J. Stroud show. Horrobin is backing the star quarterback to have himself a night in prime time.
